A. Our service technicians typically arrive within 1 business day.  Urgent calls are completed as soon as possible.  If your situation is critical, please let customer service know when placing your request.

A. Reliable Technologies covers the entire New England area with an extensive network of service providers.  Arrangements can even be made nationwide!  Same day services include the Metro Boston area and north.  Most areas are serviced by the end of the following business day.
