Time to complete call
Reliable Technologies provides next day service to preferred customers with the option of same day when available. Standard customers are completed within 1-3 business days, with the option of requesting same day service for an additional fee. See our service plans for a complete overview.
Reliable Technologies reserves the right to prioritize calls at their discretion. All efforts are made to complete calls in the time frame the customer requires. If your printer repair is urgent please make customer service aware of your need when placing the service request. If you do not request priority service it will assumed that your call can be completed at our most convenient opportunity.
A technician from Reliable Technologies will attempt to contact you via telephone before dispatching to your location. Routes and order of calls is determined on the morning of the call, so we may not have an estimated time of arrival until the technician is on their way. If this is a problem for you, please let customer service know a preferred time span of 3-4 hours when placing your service request.
For requests outside of our regular travel area, please allow for an additional day for travel preparations. Regular travel area includes: Concord, Manchester, Nashua and Portsmouth NH, and Worcester, Lowell, Greater Boston Area in MA.
Phone Support
Complimentary phone support is available to established customers only. Customer without an account may be given phone support for the standard rate hourly fee. Please note that customer service representatives are not authorized repair technicians, and do not have the ability to advise on most technical situations.
Determining Service Rates
Customers who have purchased a toner cartridge for the repaired machine within a reasonable amount of time prior to the service request qualify for preferred service. If you are an established customer, and we find a non-Reliable purchased toner in your machine at the time of repair we reserve the right to charge standard service rates.
Payment policy
Credit cards are required for first time service calls for new customers, even if a warranty case number and authorization has been given by the manufacturer. Reliable Technologies reserves the right to charge a processing fee and travel fees at their discretion. Please see our warranty information for more details.
How to request service
You may request service via our online order form, or by calling customer service at 800.346.7890. If you are not an established customer, please be prepared to give contact information and credit card information.
